DLR Her Outdoors Sunset Paddleboarding

Join us for a one off Sunset Paddleboard adventure to celebrate Her Outdoors Week 2026!
This session is for women over 18 who are comfortable on a paddleboard. We’ll paddle around Dún Laoghaire harbour as the sun sets, making for a beautiful evening on the water.
Participants must be comfortable standing/paddling a distance (for beginner paddleboarding we have a seperate session on Thursday 12th August).

What is supplied:
Wetsuits, paddle boards and safety equipment will be provided by the INSS
What You Need to Bring:
Swimwear for under the Wetsuits, old pair of runners (you dont mind getting wet) A towel (showers are available). You do not have to wear a wetsuit, If you do not feel comfortable.
