Her Outdoors 2026 – Neurodiverse Girls Kayaking Adventure

Join DLR Sports Partnership and Moontour for a unique kayaking experience as part of DLR Her Outdoors 2026, a national celebration encouraging women and girls to get active and try something new outdoors. Designed especially for neurodiverse girls aged 12–14 years, this fun and supportive session in the Coal Harbour offers an opportunity to explore the water, build confidence and make new friends.

With a slight twist, participants will learn and use a few cúpla focal (Irish words and phrases), don’t worry everything will be said in English, so there is no pressure, just enjoy & be yourself.

A companion is welcome to join the participant on the water if additional support is required.

Whether you’re new to kayaking or already love being on the water, this inclusive session promises fun, laughter and adventure in a safe and encouraging environment.
