This is a 40-minute Yoga session on the green followed by a social dip in Scottsman’s Bay. It is a come & try session and is designed to take people through a full body yoga routine from a seated or standing position followed by a fun energising dip in the sea.
Stand Up Paddleboarding last for 2 hours and are inclusive of wetsuits and buoyancy aids. Paddleboard programmes delivered through DLR Sports Partnerships are available within Dun Laoghaire Harbour.
Dún Laoghaire Rathdown are delighted to put on Roller Skating programmes for women (over 16yrs). If you’ve never skated or haven’t done it in years, this will be a fun session to guide you through some skills and tricks of this non-contact session.

AquaFit is the performance of aerobic exercise in water. It is typically performed in water that is waist deep. The water reduces impact and takes the pressure off joints allowing clients to perform exercises they may not be able to do out of the water. Exercise to improve muscle tone can also be performed using the water for resistance. Equipment like woggles and aqua gloves can be used to further increase resistance.
