We run a number of Disability Awareness Courses throughout the year.

Woodlands For Health

Eco Therapy Programme where people with mental health issues access the local parks and woodland trails. (closed Prog with St John of Gods).

SportAbility Open Day

An opportunity for all the inclusive clubs in the County to come together and showcase what they have on offer under one roof. For people with disabilities, their families, local services and anyone who may have an interested.

The Bike Hub

We have purchased 6 inclusive bikes and they are free to rent from our local community bike shop in Dun Laoghaire. For more details or to book
