DLR Her Outdoors Beginners Paddle Boarding

Join us for a Beginners Paddleboarding to celebrate Her Outdoors Week 2026!
This session is for women over 18 who are who are new to paddleboarding.The Irish National Sailing & Powerboat School will take you through the basic’s. Their is no pressure to stand up if you are not comfortable, you can stay seated or kneel. The end game is that you tried something new and had some fun in the process.
When: Thursday 13th of August 2026
Where: Irish National Sailing School, West Pier, Dún Laoghaire
Time: 6:30pm- 8:30pm

What is supplied:
Wetsuits, paddle boards and safety equipment will be provided by the INSS
What You Need to Bring:
Swimwear for under the Wetsuits, old pair of runners ( you dont mind getting wet) A towel ( showers are available). You do not have to wear a wetsuit, If you do not feel comfortable.
