DESCRIPTION:Her Outdoors Hiking Yogis offers a unique and invigorating hiking experience that combines the beauty of nature\, the physicality of hiking\, and the calming practice of yoga & mindfulness. \nThe Dublin Mountain Partnership Rangers will guide you through Ticknock where you can connect with the outdoors and yourself. \nAlong the way our experienced yoga teacher Eike will lead you through standing yoga poses and mindfulness exercises\, allowing you to find balance and serenity amidst the beautiful scenery. As the hike concludes\, you will have the opportunity to watch the sun go down on Ticknock. Join us in embracing the outdoors\, elevating your practice\, and finding inner peace amidst the beauty of nature.  \nMeeting Point: Ticknock Map Board (upper Car park) \nWhen: Monday 11th of August     \nTime: Meet at 6.220pm | Depart at 6:30pm  \nDistance: 5.5km  \nDuration: 1.5- hours    \nCost: €5.00  \nDifficulty: Moderate  \nBring: Sturdy Waterproof footwear\, Rain jacket & warm layers\, Water and a snack & positive vibes ( no need for a yoga Mat) \nNote: Sorry\, no dogs allowed on this hike. \nSo\, grab a buddy\, throw on your hiking boots\, and let’s hit the trail \nplease contact kmalone@dlrcoco.ie if for any reason you cannot take up your place after registering
