SUMMARY:Ballinteer St Johns GAA All Stars
DESCRIPTION:Founded in 2019\, the Ballinteer St Johns GAA All Stars is an inclusive team that supports and welcomes players of all ages with additional needs. \n  \nOur players learn skills through modified games and interaction\, and have a lot of fun along the way. The sessions are adapted for the needs of all players\, and every player is given time and attention to master new skills and improve on existing ones. \n  \nWe have a lovely group of mentors who lead the sessions\, and parents are also very welcome to stay for the session and watch (or join in the fun!) if they wish. \n  \nTraining takes place on Monday nights\, 6-7pm\, indoors from November to March\, and outdoors from April to October on the Ballinteer Community School all-weather pitch. \n  \nWe welcome new members all year round\, so if you are curious and would like to come along to try out a session\, we would love to hear from you!

DESCRIPTION:Dún Laoghaire Rathdown are delighted to partner up Eike Treanor – Purely Yoga to bring you Outdoor Yoga for adults. \nThis 4-week programme will take place on Friday’s from 11.00am -12.00 starting on the 3rd of July. We will be changing our usual Green as there are woks scheduled for the Summer and we have moved it to Apna Park. Apna Park is at the back of the West Pier\, (close to the Pump Track). Their is parking and benches on the green to suit . These classes are designed to take people through a full body yoga routine from a seated or standing position.
