We will be changing our usual Green as there are woks scheduled for the Summer and we have moved it to Apna Park. Apna Park is at the back of the West Pier\, ( close to the Pump Track). Their is parking and benches on the green to suit . These classes are designed to take people through a full body yoga routine from a seated or standing position. DESCRIPTION:Founded in 2019\, the Ballinteer St Johns GAA All Stars is an inclusive team that supports and welcomes players of all ages with additional needs. \n  \nOur players learn skills through modified games and interaction\, and have a lot of fun along the way. The sessions are adapted for the needs of all players\, and every player is given time and attention to master new skills and improve on existing ones. \n  \nWe have a lovely group of mentors who lead the sessions\, and parents are also very welcome to stay for the session and watch (or join in the fun!) if they wish. \n  \nTraining takes place on Monday nights\, 6-7pm\, indoors from November to March\, and outdoors from April to October on the Ballinteer Community School all-weather pitch. \n  \nWe welcome new members all year round\, so if you are curious and would like to come along to try out a session\, we would love to hear from you!

DESCRIPTION:Join us for the fourth event in the Men in Motion series—an uplifting men’s wellness experience that blends guided hill walking\, outdoor connection\, and traditional sauna culture. Taking place in support of Men’s Health Week (15th–21st June)\, this event aims to promote positive wellbeing\, connection\, and active lifestyles among men. \nWhere: Glencullen Adventure Park (The GAP)/Tigh ‘N Alluis \nWhen: Wednesday 17th June\, 6.30pm-9.00pm \nCost: €10 \nThis scenic hike will be led by the amazing Dublin Mountain Partnership volunteer Mountain Rangers. The group will meet at The GAP main reception area before setting off on a beautiful route through the stunning Dublin Mountains. Enjoy fresh air\, scenic surroundings\, and a chance to unwind as you explore the landscape. Along the way\, take in panoramic views while connecting with nature\, local heritage\, and fellow participants\, before finishing at the Tigh ‘N Alluis sauna retreat for a well-earned relaxation experience. \nYou can then enjoy a 1-hour sauna experience to relax and recharge. DESCRIPTION:Founded in 2019\, the Ballinteer St Johns GAA All Stars is an inclusive team that supports and welcomes players of all ages with additional needs. \n  \nOur players learn skills through modified games and interaction\, and have a lot of fun along the way. The sessions are adapted for the needs of all players\, and every player is given time and attention to master new skills and improve on existing ones. \n  \nWe have a lovely group of mentors who lead the sessions\, and parents are also very welcome to stay for the session and watch (or join in the fun!) if they wish. \n  \nTraining takes place on Monday nights\, 6-7pm\, indoors from November to March\, and outdoors from April to October on the Ballinteer Community School all-weather pitch. \n  \nWe welcome new members all year round\, so if you are curious and would like to come along to try out a session\, we would love to hear from you!
