DESCRIPTION:Return to Cycling programme for over 55’s \n\n\n\n\nDun Laoghaire Rathdown Sports Partnership with The Bike Hub want to get you from the Sofa back into to the Saddle with our 6-week Cycle Programme for Adult Beginner / Novice Cyclists. \nAim of the programme \nThis programme is for people who have not cycled in many years. We want you to rediscover the joy and fun of cycling in a safe environment\, with the bonus of improving your health and fitness. We have a beautiful parks and coastal route which we will be exploring during the programme. Whether you want to build your confidence for leisure cycling\, or you enjoy meeting new people\, this is the programme for you. \nParticipants should have access to their own bike for the duration of the programme. If you need help sourcing a bike please get in touch and we will try to help you. \nHow the programme will work \nWe will meet weekly on a Tuesaday in Blackrock park at the Booterstown End\, beside the playground. Their is parking and benches on the green to suit . These classes are designed to take people through a full body yoga routine from a seated or standing position. The sessions are adapted for the needs of all players\, and every player is given time and attention to master new skills and improve on existing ones. \n  \nWe have a lovely group of mentors who lead the sessions\, and parents are also very welcome to stay for the session and watch (or join in the fun!) if they wish. \n  \nTraining takes place on Monday nights\, 6-7pm\, indoors from November to March\, and outdoors from April to October on the Ballinteer Community School all-weather pitch. \n  \nWe welcome new members all year round\, so if you are curious and would like to come along to try out a session\, we would love to hear from you!

DESCRIPTION:Founded in 2019\, the Ballinteer St Johns GAA All Stars is an inclusive team that supports and welcomes players of all ages with additional needs. \n  \nOur players learn skills through modified games and interaction\, and have a lot of fun along the way. The sessions are adapted for the needs of all players\, and every player is given time and attention to master new skills and improve on existing ones. \n  \nWe have a lovely group of mentors who lead the sessions\, and parents are also very welcome to stay for the session and watch (or join in the fun!) if they wish. \n  \nTraining takes place on Monday nights\, 6-7pm\, indoors from November to March\, and outdoors from April to October on the Ballinteer Community School all-weather pitch. \n  \nWe welcome new members all year round\, so if you are curious and would like to come along to try out a session\, we would love to hear from you!
