DESCRIPTION:Join DLR Sports Partnership’s Active Seniors Fest! at St Laurence’s Parish Hall on Thursday 22nd of May 2025 for a morning filled with fun and social activities\, including Zumba\, Tai Chi\, and Chair exercises. \nWe’ll kick off the day with a lively group warm-up session\, ensuring everyone is ready to embrace the exciting day ahead. We will have 3 activities and\, finish off with a group cool-down and a well-earned light lunch featuring tea\, coffee\, fruit\, and sandwiches. \nDon’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity to stay active\, meet new friends\, and enjoy a vibrant community atmosphere! This event is perfect for everyone\, of all abilities.
