We will be changing our usual Green as there are woks scheduled for the Summer and we have moved it to Apna Park. Apna Park is at the back of the West Pier\, (close to the Pump Track). Their is parking and benches on the green to suit . These classes are designed to take people through a full body yoga routine from a seated or standing position. DESCRIPTION:As part of our Men in Motion series Dlr Sports Partnership are delighted to partner up with the Irish National Sailing and Powerboat School for an introduction to Paddleboarding session for men. \nWe are offering an exciting water-based activity session focused primarily on stand-up paddleboarding (SUP)\, with participants also having the opportunity to try kayaking. \nThis session will take place at the Irish National Sailing and Powerboat School\, West Pier Dun Laoghaire on Wednesday th 22nd of July from 6:00pm – 8.000pm. \nWhen: Wednesday 22nd of July 2026 \nWhere: Irish National Sailing & Powerboat school (INSS) West Pier Dun Laoghaire \nTime: 6:30pm \nCost: €5:00 \nWhat to Bring\n\nShorts or swimwear suitable for water activities\nA towel\nRunners/trainers or water shoes that you don’t mind getting wet\nA change of clothes for afterwards (optional but recommended)\n\nWhat Will Be Provided\nThe instructors will supply: \n\nWetsuits\nBuoyancy aids\nStand-Up Paddleboards (SUPs)\nKayaks\nAccess to shower facilities\n\nAdditional Information\n\nThe session will focus primarily on Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP)\, with kayaking also available.\nWearing a wetsuit is recommended\, but if you prefer not to wear one\, that is absolutely fine.
