DESCRIPTION:Following the successful National launch of Tennis Ireland’s new Para-standing programme in Castleknock Tennis Club\, we are delighted to invite you to the Regional launch at Shankill Tennis Club on Saturday\, 30th of August\, from 10:30am to 1pm. \n  \nEvent details: \n📍 Location: Shankill Tennis Club\, Quinn’s Road\, Shankill\, Dublin\, D18 X8N2\n📅 Date: Saturday\, 30th August 2025\n🕥 Time: 10:30am – 1:00pm\n🎾 Format: Meet & Greet (10:30am-11am)\, followed by on court Para-Standing Tennis activities (11am-1pm) in the indoor courts. Refreshments will be provided \n  \nAbout Para-Standing Tennis \n\nPara-Standing Tennis is suitable for people of all ages with a physical disability who wish to play without using a wheelchair. This includes individuals with limb loss\, limb deficiencies\, cerebral palsy\, acquired brain injuries or people of short stature. The format integrates easily with the non-disabled game\, played on a regular court with no modifications to rackets or balls.\n\n  \nWe would appreciate it if you could RSVP to this email by Wednesday\, 20th of August to confirm your attendance. \nPlayers interested in taking part are asked to register via the link below.
