DESCRIPTION:Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating introduction to Tai Chi in the beautiful surroundings of People’s Park\, Dún Laoghaire. Experienced instructor Aedín will guide participants through gentle\, beginner-friendly movements with a focus on breathing\, balance\, and mindfulness. This come & try session is part of the Coastival festival 2026 \n🗓 Date: Sunday\, 5th July\n🕛 Time: 12:00pm – 1:00pm\n📍 Location: People’s Park\, Dún Laoghaire \nThis session is suitable for all ages and abilities\, whether you’re completely new to Tai Chi or simply looking to enjoy some mindful movement outdoors.
