DESCRIPTION:Family Fun Kayaking – Coastival 2026\nDún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council is delighted to partner with Dlr Sports Partnership and the Irish National Sailing & Powerboat School (INSS) to celebrate Coastival 2026 with a fun-filled Family Kayaking Session. \nEvent Details: \nIrish National Sailing & Powerboat School\, West Pier\, Dún Laoghaire\nSunday\, 5th July\n11:00 – 13:30 (please arrive 15 minutes early) \nCost: €5:00 per person \nJoin us for an exciting and enjoyable time on the water! INSS instructors will lead the session and include fun games and challenges to ensure everyone has a great experience. \nKayak booking Information:\nWe have a mix of single and double kayaks available so the whole family can get involved:All equipment will be provided by the INSS\, including kayaks\, wetsuits\, and life jackets. \n\n20 single kayaks\n12 double kayaks\n\nTo help you choose the right option: \n\nAll children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult\nChildren under 11 must share a double kayak with an adult (please book a double kayak)\nYoung people aged 12–18 can paddle a single kayak (please book a single kayak)\n\nWhat to Bring: \n\nShorts or swimwear (to wear under your wetsuit)\nTowel\nOld runners or footwear you don’t mind getting wet
