SUMMARY:Yoga by The Sea: Apna Park
DESCRIPTION:Dún Laoghaire Rathdown are delighted to partner up Eike Treanor – Purely Yoga to bring you Outdoor Yoga for adults. \nThis 4-week programme will take place on Friday’s from 11.00am -12.00 starting on the 3rd of July. We will be changing our usual Green as there are woks scheduled for the Summer and we have moved it to Apna Park. Apna Park is at the back of the West Pier\, (close to the Pump Track). Their is parking and benches on the green to suit . These classes are designed to take people through a full body yoga routine from a seated or standing position. The exercises executed throughout this programme will help to improve strength\, balance and energy levels. \n\nWhen: Friday 3rd of July of May to 24th of July 2026\nTime: 11:00am- 12:00pm\nWhere: Apna Park ( Back of the West Pier)\nCost: €10.00\n\nWhen you register we will send you an email closer to the date and give directions if you are not sure where Apna Park is. \nIf you have any questions please contact Kmalone@dlrcoco.ie
